To be eligible to join the Fleet Reserve Association you must have served honorably or are still serving in the United States Navy, Marine Corps or Coast Guard, or the Reserve component thereof. If you meet the eligibility criteria and you wish to be a part of a very special organization devoted to Sea Service personnel, simply click here to apply on-line at the FRA website.
